Urgent question. Is the ge insulating foam safe for crested.

I didn’t realize it dries so fast so I had to go over it section by section w silicone and substrate. As you can see the foam is exposed in some areas. If not safe how do I get it off? I put a layer of silicone on the glass before applying the foam.
