JL definitely exceeded my expectations the the level of customer service and communication takes the experience to to another level flow and Troy were great really keeping the loop the whole time nothing’s ever an issue the overall customer experience I definitely exceeded expectations just the overall project management and and level of communication made the the whole experience quite easy and stress free for myself obviously I know nothing about Landscaping so it was great to work with a team of professionals that really explained things clearly and kept you in the loop in decision- making why you did things a certain way and actually talk through options of of what would work best for for your site it felt like a really personal approach yeah really great experience favorite aspect is probably the the pool area in gazebo it was sort of something that Flo and I had a fair bit of back and forth of in design and then once Troy was on software construction sort of continued we changed a few things on the on the go how that’s come together and really filled in that space made the most of that area it’s it’s definitely the feature that when when people walk in the backyard they they certain and they’re pretty Blown Away by it so it’s probably the the favorite feature uh it’s just really nice to to pull into your driveway and and have a have a fully landscaped home that you that you’re proud of uh you probably can’t measure how satisfied we are with the with the overall experience my wife has been quoted numerous times to say if we could have got uh jrl to build our house as well it would have been a much smoother experience it just everything’s been seamless uh the guys have been on site for so long and it feels now like they’ve actually become uh more friends than uh than people that we’ve engaged to to come and do a job for us it’s just been a great experience so you know there there’s plenty of guys out there but at the end of the day the thing that really sold it for me was the quality of work and and the communication and their things that are really important for me when I’m looking for people to work with the quality of the customer service I want to be uh and I want what’s going on and the gyl just delivered the full package
