Others might have better pointers for you but to me it looks like it is a little small still and that you have mostly browns, and if that is the case it is not super duper important to turn it often. What I would do is I would collect greens, like fruit peels and some kitchen waste, maybe for a week and then just take a pitch fork and move half of the pile to the spot just beside where it is now, dump half the kitchen waste in the middle, cover it with some more material from the pile, dump the rest and then cover it with the rest of the material. Then the next week when you have collected some more scraps and maybe grass clippings I would do the same thing again and move it back to where it is now.

My pile is so large that I can’t be bothered flipping the whole damn thing weekly. I just dig into it, make sure it gets to breathe a little and then dump in greens and cover them. I poke holes in it when I pass by it in the yard and then I flip it maybe once every three weeks or so.
