Patty pan squash. Find a 6″ patty pan slice top off and hollow out, drizzle pure maple syrup inside, drop a wheel of Brie/Camenbert cheese,fresh thyme sprigs,a little drizzle off syrup and cover, bake at 375° for 20-30min and enjoy your Fondue with your favorite sides. Cheers
