Plant Identification

New house, unidentified plants

Northeast US. I’m trying to figure out which plants are weeds and which are intentionally planted flowers in my new backyard garden beds. PlantNet says 33% that this is White Snakeroot. Does that seem right?

I was thinking white snakeroot also, I have a fair amount of it in my garden. It spreads, although I’ve found it easy to control with little work. It’s great for pollinators late in the season.

Looks like white snake root to me. Huge with pollinators in the fall. Part of the larval stage for a few moths.

It’s native here in the East. In fact, in my area, it seems to be one of the plants pushing back against oriental bittersweet. That monster of an invasive.

But yeah, the previous owner may have been starting a native pollinators garden or something similar.
