I’m doing phased planting of some of my vegetables. I have some exposed cut-outs and am trying to minimize the weed growth in them before I drop my plants. Any ideas for something I can cover these holes with?

Go to a bar and get a stack of coasters
A plant pot, a paver, a rock, or another cut of fabric or tarp would all work.
are those precut? Where did you get them? TIA
It’s not gonna take you more time or effort to remove a measly seedling from the hole when you eventually plant than it would take to pass through your entire bed to block each hole weeks before planting.
In your stead I would choose to be lazy.
