Built this over the weekend to test out these mini water pumps. I have tubing going into each pot which drains through the coco through a layer of clay pebbles at the bottom. The lid of the storage container sorta of naturally bowed in toward the center so I popped some drain holes along the middle line. The reservoir has a mini usb powered 5v pump I found on Amazon. 3 pack for $10. It's hooked up to a solar powered portable power bank feeding off grow lights. The usb pump is attached to a smart wifi usb device that has it set to turn on every 6 hours for 30 minutes at a time. Plan to make another and try out an outdoor solar powered set up. I think I just need to sort out an outdoor timer plug and I'll have all I need. Anyone else try that?
