Hydroponics

Big Beef from Johnnyseed, grown hydroponically. Is it me? Is there a treatment? If it’s dead, fine. But how do I move forward and not have this happen again? It’s 9 months old. They die within a month of this. If you keyword names for the disease or advice, let me know. Thanks!

That’s what I believe if not than I still suspect a fungal infection.

I would say this is is a Calcium deficiency. Could be fungal but, you would normally see an infection spread rather than appear across the whole plant. I would check the PH and amount of fertiliser applied and if everything is in order, start to treat as a fungal infection.

I had this happen on the lower leaves of my tomato plant when the pH had drifted above 7.5 for a while. Once I had the pH dialed back into the correct range none of the new growth showed this problem. On top of my general hydroponic fertilizer I use CalMag and Silicon as additives.
