This has been in water with a rooted pothos for over a month now under a grow light with not even a hint of hope… I even tried rooting hormone right at the start just to be safe. Its mother plant was dying/is now dead, so this is my fail safe and all I have left. What else could I do to get this lil guy to root?

a month is nothing for those. mine usually take between 2-3 months
