It looks like there are a bunch of individual plants you can separate out from this pot, rooted plants you can stick directly in a new pot with soil. If any are attached to a main plant you can cut them off and propagate in water or any other medium of your choosing. Philodendrons are pretty easy to propagate, please update with how many you were able to pull from this!
