What is this? Can I still eat nearby vegetables?

I'm new to growing fruits/veggies, and I found this growing near my carrots and radishes. What is it? It looks like some fungus to me

Does it mean I have to throw away my carrots and radishes that are in the same bed?

Fungi are good for soil. Just don’t eat them and you’ll be fine. They’re making your carrots and radishes better. Out of curiosity, did you plant seeds or baby plants for the carrots and radishes
