Could be a fungal issue, but too early to tell for sure. Try more airflow and if it gets worse, use a fungicide. Also make sure you clean the humidifier every 2nd week, they get really really nasty inside.

seems like it could be EFN’s (extra floral nectarines), if it’s only on the new leaf wait till it hardens off and it they start to dissapear as the leaf darkens that’s what they should be, also check under leaf u would be able to see the nectar it should look like tiny water droplets where the dots are
