Deeper green colour is related to lower light. The less light there is, the more chlorophyll the plant develops to capture more energy from lower light conditions
Here are two pubicalyx. The one on the left has darker leaves because it’s about 6 feet back from the window, the one on the right has paler leaves because it’s right in the window

Would suggest you check your roots for rot. Soil looks too damp, it might be rot instead of light situation. My obo sits right under barrina T5s and has its deep green color. Last summer she even got some direct sun outdoors.

Might be lacking in nutrients. Some of the leaves also look malformed. Are you feeding it?
