Do you know how I can easily clean up this sidewalk? (Pic included)

I’m renovating the yard, and I’ve got a lot of sections where weeds are growing out onto the sidewalk. They are pretty stubborn, how would I go about easily trimming this up so the edges of the sidewalk are visible?
