Third slide is something that was recommended at the local plant store, but it hasn’t improved the condition after a couple of doses over the last couple of months.
It started more like chalky stains on the leaves but now it is that and powdery stuff all over new growth.
Any advice is much appreciated, scared it will contaminate other plants.

I was trying to see if any of this was mealybugs but I suspect it’s more powdery mildew? I hear you should isolate the plant of powdery mildew to prevent spread and cut off any affected or dead parts. I wonder if part of this is that it is a bit moist? That pot may not allow as much breathing as that plants roots might prefer? How do the roots look?
