What can I do to stop getting more of these? Is it a fungal issue? The grow light is right above where I took the picture. First pic is today, second pic is Dec 2023 when I first got the plant before I moved it to a south facing window. I water when my moisture meter hits 4. Use Neem Oil spray occasionally. Don't see many issues with my plant otherwise. New leaves are forming at the top and no leaf drop in a long time.

I feel you, I’m getting the same light brown spots but recently repotted to better soil, it’s been growing new leaves like crazy, and no leaf drop. All Internet searches give me the same unhelpful advice “maybe underwatering, maybe overwatering 🤷🏼♀️”. I’m starting to think my FLF just hates me
Perhaps also do the chopstick method to see if it really is as dry, water meters aren’t always reliable…
