Those two back pups look salvageable. I would cut them off now and propagate. Then see what you can do to save the rest but in my personal opinion the larger pieces will not come back to its former glory and probably gone.

I agree with the other commenter—cut off the arms that weren’t affected.
You can score them and apply rooting hormone, but they’ll probably root just fine on their own.
