never eat wild edible plants without consulting a professional before you do it um don’t don’t do what I do this is just for entertainment purpose only all right so I found this what’s called a weak leaf yucka or another name is Adam’s Needle I don’t know if maybe because they can take the point and and strip it and get there’s fibers in there and you can use the tip as a needle and sew things up but it says the uh the stem and the flowers and the fruit are edible so I’m going to be watching this as it grows and we’re going to see how it tastes when it gets bigger all right well gee I I walked away for a week to go do other stuff and look at this thing it’s grown quite a bit we’re going to wait for this to make flowers and then we’re going to see how they taste all right well we got some flower pods popping out all right so I read that yucka flowers have have vitamin C and they have lots of antioxidants and they supposedly help with arthritis and blood pressure and swelling and joint pain they’re pretty tasty they got a flowery taste they’re kind of waxy little crunchy these things grow all over the place so in a survival situation be lots of good food

  1. Also the Dried Stems are Great for creating Friction Fires (Spindle / Bow Drill) and the Roots make a Lathery Soap for Personal Hygiene.
