What’s wrong with my Tillandsia Bulbosa ‘Guatemala’? My first concern is the hole in the bulb. My second are the brown spots on the leaves. It’s in an east facing windowsill. Could the marks be sunburn?

More info: I water twice per week by soaking & spray once or twice. I was told my well water may be an issue, so I bought spring water the other day.
