Pure chaos in the hoop house today. I’m not good at rows or spacing and I let lots of things go to seed. I’ve started layering in my starts in open spaces and will be harvesting and freezing a lot of the chard soon to make more room. This time last year we were absolutely swimming in arugula, this year it’s chard! Always fun to see what we get.
