this is a flower, correct? i thought it was a new leaf for a few days, then remembered how alocasias grow and felt stupid so now i’m asking y’all.
for context; alocasia black velvet. had her for around 2 months. i water when the top two or so inches of the soil is dry and she’s now being over outside to my greenhouse that’s in a shaded area that gets the first few hours of the morning sun (east facing) and then shaded bright indirect light. before i had her in my room under grow lights for 12/12. this one and a couple others are the first ones i’ve been able to keep alive and believe me, i love alocasias and buy every one i come into contact with, i can’t help myself. but they have been boss ass plants for sure so i would appreciate any and all advice anyone can offer. thanks!
