Mold in the soil? Is my terrarium salvageable?

So far this terrarium of mine was looking great. I have a nerve plant in there that was growing nicely, but all of a sudden it drooped dramatically and I noticed there's mold in the soil. I've been looking to buy springtails at my local pet store to help with the mold, but they haven't had any in stock, and I'm nervous about ordering springtails online because, last time i did, the package was mishandled and the springtails didn't survive that journey 😢

Is this a closed terrarium? How long have you had it? I had mold in my bigger closed one but I removed some of the moldy soil and moved it to a diff spot next to a window and now the mold has gone away. You may need to remove some of the mold soil as well so you can spray it with water. Seems like the nerve plant isn’t getting enough moisture but you obviously can’t put more water in there now.

Order springtails from josh frogs, they are pretty reliable, I’ve gotten them 2x both good. Now I keep my own colony. Springtails are the best option you have at this point if you want to save it without damaging the micro culture inside.
