Alocasia query

Hey everyone,

I’ve had this Tigrina for a couple of years which has gone through ups and downs—it had been in solely water for over a year and I recently decided to pot it and de-corm it and it seems to be happy/no drooping of its current leaves.

But I think the pot I put it into is probably too large (it was one I already had) but not sure what would be a better alternative so wanted to seek some advice on best pot type/size if anyone has any knowledge to share!

Pot diameter of where the soil is is around 8”

I would go down to 6 inches and possibly a little chunkier soil just so it drains a tad better! And if you can find a clear pot I always recommend those!
