Help: tomatoes crinkly leaves with crystalline/crust on underside, dying!

Hello tomatoes experts. I started a bunch of tomatoes in my basement this year from seed (purchased from baker Creek) they are growing strong but one variety is growing these strange crusty leaves and appears to be dying! This is isis candy cherry tomatoes, the leaves are yellowing, crinkly and the underside is crusty, kind of crystalline look to it. I have no idea what is happening here, if it's a disease, fungus or maybe a genetic defect with this kind since this variety is the only one impacted so far

This is grown in my basement under grow lights, see pictures. Let me know your thoughts, if any! Thank you all

Perhaps could this be edema? It seems kind of similar when I image search but I didn’t see any that look exactly like it. So not really sure
