Is this global green?

Is this wishful thinking that I just happened upon an unlabeled global green at Lowe’s?

  1. This is not a global green. Global greens have variegation on the inside of the leaves only. This is likely a lemon meringue, or less likely an emerald. Both are less “common” than gg

I think this may be an emerald instead of a global green?

Not Global Green. Colors are opposite. This is Emerald, give it more light so it can show off!

    Emerald vs Lemon Meringue:

Emerald is a naturally occuring mutation from N’joy.

Lemon Meringue is a naturally occuring mutation from Global Green. It was found by Costa Farms in their greenhouse. They own the patent, therefore no one can legally sell Lemon Meringue. Since this is not a Costa Farms plant, it can only be Emerald.

It is Lemon Meringue. Global Green is bright in the center, darker around the margins. Emerald is dark in the center, lighter around the margins – but not as light around the margins as Lemon Meringue.
