Pastazanum or McDowell?

I really want to gift my gf a Philodendron McDowell and found a plant that looks like one but is labeled pastazanum.
Refering to this: https://imgur.com/gallery/HxQqgus it looks like the red splotches on the leaf base are missing but the cataphyl isn't green either. Petioles have long white stripes lile mentioned on McDowell. I'm not really sure about the abaxial surface.
What do you think? Fast help is greatly appreciated, I'm still there 🙂
