Hard to see but it looks more like poop from a tiny mammal to me. Rabbit maybe?

Might be aphids.

looking at the damage done on there, my guess is cabbage looper frass (poop!). i had this issue last summer and they decimated my kale and lettuces in two days. they’re small and green and blend it too well and i had to manually remove them.

Do you have insect netting for over it? Highly recommend it for lettuce and spinach and brassicas.

Caterpillar poop 💩. Be warned, they eat lettuce quick!

Caterpillar caviar 🤭

Bacillus thuringiensis as solution. Organic, relatively cheap, harmless to anything that’s not a caterpillar essentially. Oh, and net from now on.
TheDonkeyBomber
Yeah, that’s poop.
