Any ideas on what could be causing the lower leaves to appear tattered? I’ve applied pesticide twice now and looks as my gardenia and murraya are suffering from an infestation of some kind. Also, any thoughts on how to get rid of white fly after applying pesticide twice as well?! Peaky little things won’t go away… Thanks for the help.
