This is my ZZ plant that has been in water for about a year now. It has a decent root system and all, but I have not gotten any new growth( I use water fertilizer), and some of the leaves are beginning to yellow. Would moving it to soil be a good plan??

I would move to soil. You could keep it in water as an experiment but I don’t think it’ll grow super successfully long term
librarynote
I’d say keep it in the leca, but you should be feeding it nutrients(not just water) to accelerate growth.

Don’t over fertilize, plants in water absorb more fertilizer than ones that are in soil.
