I noticed my basil plant is starting to flower on top, so I’m thinking it needs a trim. I know you’re supposed to cut it above a “node”, but which one?? it’s only about 6 inches tall and I’m worried about killing it
Three nodes up from the bottom is the general rule. It will then grow up two shoots from the node that is just below where you’ll cut. When those grow three nodes, you can trim them both as well. She will get tall!
