    I would wait until roots are about 3-4X that size. IME the less roots in the soil = more prone for them to rot. 😊

    I would personally wait. Water roots are very fragile, in order to get stronger roots you can add and root in perlite. Otherwise, you just need to be patient. Two steps forward, one step backwards!
    I generally wait until the roots are longer than the cutting itself, this can get excessive. Generally waiting until your root growth is around 3-4 inches is all you need.

    I think the tubes I have are breaking them honestly. I’m going to switch it to a cup to see what happens. I have root stuff in the water.

    I thought I was in an insect sub because that looks so much like legs and an abdomen/thorax haha!
