I looked in my plant because it was spotting so I wanted to see if it was infected I saw these gross worm centipede looking bugs squirming around and rushed my plant outside, I am thoroughly disgusted. How do I get rid of theseš¤¢

They feed on pests. You can get rid of them, but if they are just regular soil centipedes they aren’t harmful.
Millipedes and centipedes are both beneficial .
.
Centipedes eat other insects (such as parasites)
.
Millipedes help compost mold fungus and other stuff then poop out fertilizer .
.
I personally think the key to super low maintenance and healthy indoor plants is a healthy biome of insects (ie: nano bots that tirelessly work to make perfect growing conditions for your plants)
