A classmate gave this guy and he's growing like crazy! I'm not sure what it is or if I'm giving it too much light (what else could those black spots be)? Also what are those cone shaped things?? And is it trying to climb? Do I give it something to climb??? Please help

It’s a very happy Peperomia, (Piccolo Banda I think) and the cone shaped things are the way it flowers. It doesn’t need anything to climb, it needs bright but indirect light and water when the soil is dry.
