How my container of 30+ native plants is doing in it’s second season. Only lost couple of individuals and less one species, R. fulgida. You do not need a lot of room and certainly don’t need a sea of mulch between plants. Plant spacing is a lie and biodiversity reigns supreme!

This is awesome! Plant spacing is a lie! I’m trying to imitate nature, and the plants grow thick in the prairie or savanna.
