Hey all, how can I save my perlite prop box? The perlite has turned yellow and the leaves are rotting. Also a funky smell when I open it up. Perlite is still damp.
Is there any way to save it? Sorry it’s my first time propagating.

most of those look pretty rotted and not viable imo
It’s contaminated and the props are rotting. The perlite shouldn’t turn like that. It does look too damp. Next time provide for more air circulation. Looks like this was sealed up a bit too much.
