Have come back from a holiday to find this guy growing in amongst the leaves of my snake plant. Does anyone know whether this is part of the plant or not, and if not, how should I tackle it (if at all)? Will it be harmful to my plant?
(White stuff in the soil is polystyrene just in case anyone was wondering)

lol it’s flowering 😂…oh this made me laugh, it’s so cute. It’s just really happy
when it blooms come at night, say 10 pm, and give it a big sniff
