Hello, I am helping to manage the preservation of a vacant foreclosed residential asset in Oregon.
I am seeking advice on services that I could present and have performed by a handyman or landscaper which would improve the look of this yard.
I can present options to client with adjusters software similar to Xactimate, so bypassing steps for sake of efficiency would not be necessary. I would want to utilize all possible treatment options within reason for review considerstion.
