Need more info. Is this a new plant? Was this a starter? Was it inside for a while, then taken outdoors? Was it re-potted.

Might be too much fertilizer or some other kind of root shock. However that’s the cane sprout that’s wilting. I would trim off the cane, and keep it in the shade but bright shade and keep it moist. You don’t really care about this cane, you care about the ones that will sprout up out of the roots. It might take a month or two. Give it time and ignore it other than watering.

Could be phytophthora root rot. The cane also looks like it could have cane botrytis. Do you have any new shoots emerging from the soil?
