I have wanted to go for years now and it never works out. The most surprising to me with these photos is how little people there are! I was expecting it to be crowded. Beautiful photos!

30 years ago, we were in Europe and my mom desperately wanted to go, but none of the rest of us did. We delayed until our last day and hemmed and hawed so it was late in the afternoon when we got there. My mom was sure it would be closed but thankfully it was open for another hour or so. It was such an amazing place that, once back in the car, we all thanked her for insisting. I still have the photos we took that day
