I’ve not had much luck with them until this year, I’m overwhelmed. So productive. I’ve found that roasting them before making a sauce gives the best results.

Jealous! The aphids around here have developed a hankering for our tomatillos and I think they’re flowering too early as a result.

Damn! What zone are you in? I’m in south Texas and my two little plants have been underwhelming so far – everything else seems to be outpacing them in growth
