is this chicken wry neck?

for information, we just found the chick like this. we’ve never seen it before. it seems to be eating just fine as well as drinking water. it’s also very lively and running around (backwards and in a circle but nonetheless). is it wry neck? is it treatable? is it something else?? it just drags its head sideways like that..

for more context, we found the chick on its own outside our house. our neighborhood is full of loose chickens with their own chicks. we don’t exactly raise chickens.

This is my experience with wry neck and it’s only been the one time. It did look like this on a chick of similar age. What I took away from the research was that it’s mostly just a nutrient deficiency. We took the chick in and gave it watered down mashed food with a spoon and put different things in it each time. At first we were using the electrolytes and probiotics from the feed store and then we tried molasses and that seemed to be what really helped. You just have to be careful that you measure the amount and you’re very careful to not give them diarrhea with it. I can’t remember what else we gave her but for sure just lots of nutrients and care. If you use a teaspoon or measuring cup and put it up go their beak they can still eat but you have to make sure you can commit to feeding her and caring for her. Mine took like 5 days I think
