hello everyone my name is Evette welcome
to my Channel today this video is giving
a little bit of background on what this
channel
is so basically in the past I have grown
indoors now we have the space I can
actually move my garden outside
so I decided to buy some seeds I hope I
didn’t go overboard but I think I did
but anyway I am going to share with you
the seeds that I bought now most of
these seeds I bought from Baker Creek
I’m pretty sure a lot of you have heard
of Baker Creek because I watch a lot of
YouTube videos on gardening and Baker
Creek is just like up there but I have
some
lettuce and I cannot wait to grow these
because we love salad around
here we have some Craigs Grande jalapeno
peppers let get
Focus I really don’t eat hot peppers but
my partner does so this will be more for
me the
habanada the habanada
peers we have some Ozark
giant
Peppers also some
thyme these are
pretty and look y’all don’t judge me I
saw this and was like this looks so cool
these
strawberries I’ve never had a strawberry
that looks looks like that but these are
the white so
strawberries y’all going to see some
other stuff in here and y’all going to
be like what is she doing some globo
onions um some oo let’s see if I say
this right filer Kraut
cabbage that looks pretty
cool some Grandma Oliver’s green tomato
my partner cannot wait until these are
able to be harvested because he wants
some fried green tomatoes so
bad so we’ll
see and then I got to have my college my
college greens my
collards some Georgia southern collard
greens now this this is what you guys
might judge me out but I look I’m the
the type of person that likes to try
different things and when I seen it I
was just like ooh that looks cool but I
got
these uh Laya L sang carrots don’t those
look cute they look so like Cosmic and
like out of this world I hope they taste
the same I do not want to be
disappointed but I am very very much so
looking for forward to trying these
carrots they just look so cool and then
we have some
Cala had to get some mint in the garden
because my daughter loves mint tea she
will drink it every
morning and some kandas these are so so
so pretty to
me and also
zenas love these as well they’re so
pretty some African uh nunam
maybe
basil and these as well oh when I saw
these these just rock My Little World
some chocolate cherry sunflower seeds oh
my
gosh I bet these are going to look so
pretty out there oh and it’s like the
sunlight is was hitting it every kind of
way and it’s just yeah outside looks
amazing right now even though we don’t
even have anything planted but some
lavender we’re going to get this Focus
right you
guys and beans because I love beans I
have not always loved beans but yeah I
grew to to love
them
and these poor little guys
I did not get this from Baker Creek um
these were some cucumber seeds that were
gifted To Us by my 12year old and we
have yet to plant them I forgot where we
got them from um but we will plant them
this
year um and they uh Baker Creek also
gave some free seeds um these are the um
I hope I’m saying this right
Datil
peppers I think these are
hot
maybe yeah they oh it says blazing hot
so yeah I won’t be eating these my
partner
will um because I don’t do hot and some
katsuna never heard of those but we’ll
try them they kind of remind me of how
the collars look up here in the
Midwest
so I might try to cook them that way
like their collars but I’m a Pinterest
girl I’ll get on Pinterest find a recipe
no
problem so those are the two free
seeds now I’m in the midwest right now
but I am from the south and I have grown
to love these here some uh
muscadines I got these seeds
actually from uh um Etsy and you can
see the where I got the siege from from
chill Hill Farms their website is Chill
Hill farms.com and there are 15 seeds in
here but they also gave me free seeds
who does not want free
seeds I can’t name not of one person
unless it’s a person who doesn’t like
growing stuff
but these Indian blanket flowers
OMG so basically that picture there is
what the flower is going to look like oh
my God can we focus okay there we go yes
oh my gosh I can’t wait to grow these
they are so
pretty and it says the Indian blanket is
a beautiful Florida native flower it
will bloom
from Spring through fall and attract
many beads and butterflies to your
garden now here’s the
thing I am from
Florida and it’s very warm so I’m hoping
that here in the Midwest I will be able
to grow this flower like it should grow
because yeah here it snows and such
Florida not so much but you know I think
we should be okay you know I believe our
last frost date here um
is April
10th so yeah we should be fine I’m going
to try it because it’s really pretty and
I think it will add a lot of color to
the Garden oh and then also these I was
actually in Dollar General the other day
and this was like the
only uh like vegetable plant they had
they had some other flower
seeds but we wanted to get some red
tomatoes um so yeah we’re going to try
this and it actually comes in like if
you can see this thing right here so it
comes in something like this actually I
could just open it and show you
guys so basically all you have to do is
just dig your
hole put this in there and water it
simple and I like
simple so I cannot wait to grow those I
actually have some other seeds on the
way um some scuppernongs because I love
those as well muscadines and
scuppernongs are like my absolute
favorite they taste so great and then I
have yes because I thought I ordered the
Cherokee purple tomato with this haul
that I have here from Baker Creek but
come to find out I forgot to add it to
my cart so those seeds are on the way to
by
themselves but yeah so I am
excited very excited for this channel
for this garden and just to see these
little babies Sprout up and just feed me
and my family cuz we’re we’re sure going
to eat them yeah yeah we’re sure going
to partake so yeah
