For the longest my dad wanted to dig out this tree when I moved in because he said it was just a waste of space and blooms nothing. They have a blackberry tree bush in their yard and the leaves look different. What kind of berries are these/tree bush is this?

Looks like mulberry
Mulberry. When the berries are black they can be eaten and they will stain your hands. I love mine, birds love them even more. Will stain concrete.
