    That’s actually kind of brilliant. Maybe if you plant some onion sets you’d get a few big onions too.

    What variety is that onion ,ours in Ontario do not grow that large. Those are huge!

    If you ever need even taller or bigger leaves, then the white or yellow onions will do leaves like thet

    I planted the nubs from some Aldi green onions last year into my veggie garden beds. I harvested off of them, letting the nubs regrow. Guess what came up on its own this spring. I’m in zone 4 so was really surprised they survived
