  1. Hi!! I can’t wait to see how beautiful your garden will turn out! Mustard greens are amazing to grow and easy and there are really tasty with a tiny kick of mustard flavor to them. And yes dandelions are super underrated. I plan to make dandelion jelly this year with them.

  2. I’m definitely interested in your spring direct sowing. I’m growing so many things I just can’t start them all indoors. But Nebraska springs can be… unpredictable lol. But like you said, you’ve got to try it to learn. I just haven’t had a super successful spring garden yet.
