  1. Thanks for the great videos! I have a couple questions. One, I have a mowing proposal to give tomorrow for a commercial property. I’ve done a commercial before however this one there are 3 separate business on one acre or two property. What would your advice be? Like if they’re trying to all go in on the deal. Would you insist they each get separate proposals and they each pay separately? Any other advise? Two, your mulch beds always look amazing, how do you prevent most of the grass from getting in the beds when string trimming and mowing? If I lightly blow it it still leaves a lot of grass and blows the mulch and the dead grass looks unsightly on the mulch after a few weeks 🤔
