It’s a mulberry (Morus). The fruit is edible, though I’ve read that eating the unripe fruit or leaves of some Asian species can cause issues. Looks like the black berries are the ripe ones on your tree.
Mulberry 100%. Now watch birds eat it and shit pretty colors all over your sidewalk, house, car, and maybe you if you are lucky.
