The Aquilegia have been quietly doing their thing in my absence. It was so lovely to see #mumsnewgarden (& obviously my mother) after two months today. Social distancing has its upsides – she couldn’t try and smooth my hair or wipe my face with a tissue. I suspect in the weeks and months to come she will fashion a 2m stick somehow to tackle both issues and find a way! And yes, she will read this and yes, I’ll probably be in trouble after she reads it (love you mum 💖) xxx
