2️⃣ This is to be expected. If you want realistic expectations and a rewarding houseplant care experience, let go of (or at least tone down) the notion that “proper care = perfect plants forever.” Nobody says it that way but it is implied with ideas like “if yellowed leaves, then overwatering” and “if browned tips, then increase humidity”

Try this mindset instead:
1) Understand your environmental conditions (be especially specific about light)
2) Try your best with care (watering, fertilizing, repotting)
3) Let Nature take its course (expect older leaves to occasionally yellow and have browned tips)
