I wouldn’t worry about the mushrooms. I’ve had them before.
However, you look like you’ve filled your cups about 1% full of soil. Okay I’m exaggerating, but the plants are going to need repotting way sooner than would be necessary if you’d filled them to the brim. Personally I over fill then gently compress them refill leaving just a cm or so for watering.

Mushroom compost. They’re an indicator that your soil is rich – and also maybe overwatered. I’d dial back on your schedule.
